This new collaboration is a welcome break from all the tasty dark brews we’ve been enjoying over the past few months… introducing our Dry Hopped German Pilsner.
A collaboration with our friends at Yellow Dog Brewing, this Pilsner is inspired by both traditional Bavarian Pilsners as well as their easy-drinking American cousins. Our collaboration showcases classic Bavarian Pilsner malt and the latest German hop varieties. Crisp with a slight bitterness, Ariana and Callista provide a fruit forward flavour profile with notes of Black Currant, Peach, Vanilla and a hint of Passionfruit.
