New Beer: Oaked Vanilla Cream Ale (Anger Otter Liquor Exclusive)

Our Cream Ale combines the finest malt, wheat and corn to provide a smooth and silky mouthfeel with the soft and gentle aromas of Oak and Vanilla. Fermenting at a lower temperature and at a slower pace allows the subtle flavours in this Trailblazer to mature, emphasizing the sweetness of the Vanilla and Whiskey-like hint of Oak.

The Fraser Valley meets the Okanagan in our newest collaboration with Neighbourhood Brewing. An easy-drinking, smooth and hoppy Hazy Pale Ale offering a silky mouthfeel from the Oat Malts and a subtle citrus note from the Voss Kveik yeast provided by Neighbourhood Brewing. Dry-hopped with heaps of Strata, Mosaic and Sabro, our Hazy Pale features big juicy notes of dank Strawberry and Passion Fruit with just a touch of Coconut.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends across the Fraser Valley; this modern twist on a traditional Farmhouse Ale is the next installment of the Valley of Beer Series… A heavy dry hop addition of Talus, Amarillo and Galaxy accentuate the delightful note of Black Pepper and Spice from the Saison yeast as a bouquet of ruby Grapefruit, Tangerine, Tropical Fruit and Pine are carried by the light and effervescent sparkling finish.
